1) Versatility - Works with Blender Asset browser and with Kit ops - the biggest asset manager addon for blender. It's up to you!
2) Adjust as you wish - You can resize by Scale or Dimensions to fit your scene, you can change the color by adding Hue/Sat node.
You can easily add many virtual 3D interiors to your Archviz 3D exterior scenes. In Blender it works both in EEVEE and Cycles.
You don't need to have any paid addons to use these rooms. They work with Blender inbuild asset browser and Kit Ops 3 Free plugin.
You can use EXR maps in other 3D software like 3Ds Max, Cinema4D, Unreal Engine etc. I provide links to Shaders and examples in the TXT document.
